Here you will find Doujin Music in the high quality Ogg Vorbis format and with metadata that strives to be as complete as possible. If you came here looking only for Touhou music, or only J-Core or whatever with no regards to audio codec or metadata, you're in the wrong place and I'll kindly ask you to please take your MP3 and put them in your ass.
Sound of Water aims to encode, tag and release music from upcoming Comikets, M3s and Reitaisais, beginning with C76. You most likely won't find anything older here, but you can ask.
If you'd like to make a sugestion, request or anything, you may post anywhere, but try to find the apropriate section if you can.
